Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor and model. She started participating in fitness shows at the age of 16 after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. In the course of a year she earned her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career at the age of 16, at which point she stopped gymnastics. She was awarded her Professional Card within a year and was 17. She became one of the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was off the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. In 2015 was a continuation of previous performances, in which she participated in events of the highest level like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She participated for a couple of years after her first appearance, setting herself higher goals every year. She was awarded four more fitness titles by the end of 2009. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken six years off from competition when she earned her pro-card to complete her college degree. When she earned her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel returned to the sport with a bang during Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She finished in 3rd place at the show. In summer 2016, she won first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. In three months she competed onstage at the Olympia in which she won 6th in her Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely zero expectations prior to the event and was thrilled by her performance. Ariel was competing against the best of top athletes. Ariel keeps impressing with improvements to her body every year. Ariel prefers to concentrate upon her lower back. It is a combination of lat pull-downs, bent rows using a single arm with a pull-up device and the seated rows. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving on to the work outs. Ariel also Ariel is known to make use of her time in the most efficient way possible. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings on all of her back exercises. It involves three or four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
